Flexible Power for 100V Commercial Audio or 8Ω Stereo Systems
The TEXONIC RXD240 is a compact Class-D power amplifier that delivers 240W for a 100V distributed speaker system or 2 × 120W at 8Ω for compatible low-impedance speakers.
It is designed for systems where the music source, streamer, mixer, preamplifier or audio controller is separate from the power amplifier, making it suitable for both installed commercial audio and selected stereo applications.
One Amplifier, Two Installation Styles
Distributed Speaker Systems
Use the 240W 100V output for compatible transformer-equipped ceiling, pendant, wall-mount or surface speakers. This configuration is ideal when multiple speakers need to cover a restaurant, retail floor, office, clinic, showroom or other business area.
Commercial or Residential Stereo
Switch to the 8Ω output for a compatible two-channel speaker system with up to 120W available per channel. This can suit a home stereo system, media room, studio, boardroom or small commercial space using a separate line-level music source or streamer.
Designed for an External Audio Source
The RXD240 is a dedicated power amplifier rather than an all-in-one mixer amplifier. It does not contain built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB playback, FM radio or microphone mixing.
Connect a compatible network streamer, music player, preamplifier, mixer, DSP, matrix controller or other line-level source. This makes the RXD240 especially useful when the source and control equipment already exists and additional speaker power is required.
Flexible Audio Connections
Planning a 100V Speaker System
In a 100V installation, add together the selected wattage tap of every connected speaker. For normal system planning, allowing approximately 20% unused amplifier capacity gives a practical recommended speaker load of about 192W.

Speaker quantity alone does not determine amplifier size. Always calculate the total using the actual transformer tap selected on each speaker.
Where the RXD240 Fits Best
Stereo / Low-Impedance: home stereo rooms, media spaces, studios, boardrooms and smaller commercial areas using compatible 8Ω speakers.
Selectable 180Hz High-Pass Filter
The built-in high-pass filter can reduce very low frequencies before they reach the connected speakers. This is useful with compact ceiling, wall or paging speakers where deep bass is not required and clearer midrange reproduction is preferred.
