In a 100V commercial speaker system, each speaker is set to a wattage tap. Add all speaker tap values together to calculate the total speaker load. For cleaner operation and long-term reliability, keep useful headroom instead of loading the amplifier to its full rating.
RXD480 is a better fit when a project has more speakers, higher tap settings, larger rooms, or stronger headroom requirements than a 120W or 240W amplifier can comfortably support.
