Shipping policy

Important Shipping, Delivery & Inspection Information

Thank you for your business. We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it leaves our facility in excellent condition.

As all shipments are handled by third-party courier and freight carriers, we are not automatically notified of any damage, shortages, or delivery issues that may occur during transit. To help us resolve any concerns quickly, please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage, missing items, or discrepancies to us immediately. Prompt reporting allows us to assist with the claims process and ensure any issues are addressed as efficiently as possible. Please review the inspection guidelines below to help protect your shipment and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

  • Tracking information is provided in advance so you can monitor your shipment status and estimated delivery date. Please keep an eye on the tracking updates, as courier delivery schedules may occasionally change or update throughout transit.
  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages and could arrive separately. Please refer to all tracking numbers provided to ensure all packages have been received.
  • Please inspect all packages carefully upon arrival before signing or accepting the shipment. If the package appears damaged, opened, crushed, or mishandled in any way, we strongly recommend refusing the shipment or clearly noting the damage with the courier driver before signing.
  • Couriers may deny damage claims if visible damage is not reported at the time of delivery acceptance. Once a shipment is signed for without notation, the courier may consider the package delivered in acceptable condition.
  • If the tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can open a case with the courier and investigate promptly. Delayed reporting may limit the ability to recover or investigate missing shipments.
  • For concealed damage discovered after opening the package, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • Inner packaging materials
    • Shipping label
    • Damaged item(s)
  • Please retain all original packaging materials and boxes until the matter is fully resolved, as the courier may require packaging inspection during the claims process. Discarding packaging may result in denied claims.
  • Large freight shipments and commercial equipment deliveries should always be inspected thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If you authorize a shipment to be left unattended or released without signature, liability for theft, weather exposure, or missing packages may become limited after delivery confirmation.
  • If possible, please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address to help avoid missed deliveries or return-to-sender charges.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in rerouting fees, delays, or additional shipping charges.
  • Missing accessories, hardware, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please do not schedule installers, contractors, or installation appointments until all products have arrived and been fully inspected and tested.
  • Commercial audio/video equipment should always be installed by a qualified technician to ensure proper setup, safety, and long-term reliability.
  • Refused shipments or returns requested due to customer preferences after shipment may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees, and any applicable courier fees.

Free Shipping Policy

Items eligible for free shipping allow customers to receive qualifying products without additional shipping charges. Please note that free shipping and flat-rate shipping promotions do not apply to certain provinces, territories, or remote areas, including: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, as well as other remote locations.

Additionally, our courier partners do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

SAME DAY SHIP OUTS 

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we do our best to ensure all shipments are processed and dispatched the same day. To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed before our cut-off time of 8:00 AM EST.

Please note that all deliveries are handled by third-party courier services. As such, any transit delays are outside of our control. During peak periods, including holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended due to increased carrier volume.

RETURN FREE SHIPPING ORDERS 

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you wish to return the item, please review the following:

If the issue was caused by our error (such as receiving an incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned product.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging and condition. Products with opened manufacturer seals may not qualify for return.

Please contact us with your order number before returning any item to confirm eligibility and obtain return authorization.

ADDRESS ISSUES 

We offer same-day shipping to ensure fast order processing. To help avoid delivery issues, please notify us of any corrections or updates to your shipping address no later than 8:00 AM EST on the day of shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, any transit issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping charges as well as any costs required to resend the order.
