The TEXONIC RX850 is a 2U rack-mount 8-channel amplifier designed for commercial and residential multi-zone audio systems. It provides four stereo zones with eight speaker channels, making it ideal for background music, multi-room audio, and independent zone control.
Each zone includes source selection, signal/protection indicators, volume control, and independent treble, mid, and bass tone adjustment. The built-in media player supports Bluetooth, FM radio, USB, and Micro SD playback for simple daily operation.

Source Routing and Zone Control
The RX850 includes a 3 × 4 audio matrix that allows the built-in media player, Line 1, or Line 2 to be routed to any zone. You can play the same audio source in all zones or assign different sources to different areas.

Treble, Mid, and Bass Tone Adjustment

Mid Control
Adjusts the midrange area for voice clarity, speech presence, and overall sound balance.

Speaker Output and Subwoofer Expansion
The RX850 supports 4–8Ω speaker operation and is designed for multi-zone low-impedance speaker systems. Each zone provides stereo speaker outputs, and the RCA preamp/sub outputs can be used to connect active subwoofers or additional power amplifiers.
Installation Note: Connect speakers to the correct zone outputs and keep speaker polarity consistent. Match the speaker impedance and wiring method to the amplifier output requirements for safe and reliable operation.

Indicator Guide
SIG flashes when an audio signal is present. CLIP shows the signal is too high and the input or volume level should be reduced. PROT lights during start-up and may stay on if the amplifier enters protection mode.
Media Player and Remote Functions
The built-in media player supports Bluetooth, FM radio, AUX, USB, and Micro SD playback. The included remote control allows users to select mode, adjust media volume, skip tracks, play or pause audio, mute, and use repeat playback for USB or Micro SD audio files.

What’s Included
Rack-Mount Installation
The RX850 features a standard 2U form factor for professional equipment rack installation. Attach the included rack-mount brackets to each side of the unit, align the amplifier with the rack screw holes, and tighten the screws securely.
