Eight two-way PX50 speakers provide clear background music while maintaining a clean visual fit in exposed and high-ceiling commercial environments.
Parallel 100V Speaker Connection
- Connect the RXD480 100V and COM output terminals to the corresponding wires of the first PX50 speaker.
- Continue the two-conductor speaker cable from the first speaker to the next speaker.
- Repeat the connection until all eight speakers are wired in parallel.
- Choose the correct 100V tap setting on every speaker for the required listening level.
- Maintain matching polarity throughout the complete cable run.
The combined wattage selected across all eight speakers must remain within the amplifier’s supported load. Permanent installations should follow applicable Canadian electrical and building requirements.
