100V Parallel Speaker Wiring

  1. Connect the RXD480 amplifier’s 100V and COM output terminals to the first PX50 pendant speaker.
  2. Run another black and white speaker wire pair from the first speaker to the second speaker.
  3. Continue the same parallel connection to the remaining speakers until all ten are linked.
  4. Select the appropriate 100V tap setting on each speaker based on the sound level required.
  5. Keep the same polarity throughout the full speaker line for proper operation.
Important: Do not set any PX50 speaker to the 8 ohm position when using the RXD480 100V output.

Add the wattage selected on all ten speakers and keep the total within the amplifier’s supported capacity. Permanent installations should follow applicable Canadian electrical and building requirements.
