QX200 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Audio System with 6 In-Ceiling Speakers
Bring clear, evenly distributed background music to two areas with this complete TEXONIC ceiling-speaker package. It includes one QX200 dual-zone streaming amplifier and six CM610 6.5-inch in-ceiling speakers.
Zone 1 uses four speakers for wider sound coverage, while Zone 2 uses two speakers for a smaller or quieter area. Both zones play the same selected source, with separate volume adjustment for each zone.

Four-Speaker Main Zone and Two-Speaker Secondary Zone
Zone 1 – Main Listening Area
Four matching CM610 speakers provide wider and more even sound coverage across the larger area.
Two matching speakers connect to the left channel and two matching speakers connect to the right channel.
Zone 2 – Secondary Listening Area
One left speaker and one right speaker provide normal stereo coverage for an office, dining area, treatment room, staff room or other smaller space.
Important: Do not add more speakers directly to the QX200 outputs without confirming the final speaker impedance. Additional speakers should be powered through a suitable external amplifier.
Same Music Source with Separate Zone Volume
The same selected music source plays through both zones. Zone 1 and Zone 2 can be adjusted to different volume levels.
- Keep one consistent playlist throughout the property.
- Use a higher sound level in the larger or busier area.
- Keep a lower level in an office, dining room or quiet space.
- Reduce an unused zone without affecting the other zone.
- Simplify daily operation by managing only one music source.
Important: This is a shared-source system. Zone 1 and Zone 2 cannot play different songs independently.

The rear AUX input accepts a compatible line-level audio source, including:

A suitable RCA, 3.5mm, USB-C or device-specific audio adapter may be required.
Expandable with More Speakers or a Powered Subwoofer
The QX200 provides separate Zone 1 and Zone 2 line-level outputs. A line output can feed compatible external audio equipment without replacing the original amplifier.
Add an External Power Amplifier
Connect a QX200 zone line output to a compatible power amplifier when more speaker capacity is required. The external amplifier supplies power to the added speakers, while the QX200 remains the main music source and zone controller.
The MC2120 uses balanced line inputs. A suitable interface cable and correct speaker wiring must be confirmed before installation.
Add More CM610 Ceiling Speakers
Matching CM610 speakers can be added when they are powered by a suitable external amplifier. Do not connect additional speakers directly to an existing QX200 channel without confirming the final load.
Add a Powered Subwoofer
A compatible powered subwoofer may be connected to a suitable QX200 zone line output to add deeper bass. The subwoofer must have its own amplifier and compatible line-level input, volume and crossover controls.

Easy Installation
- Select four speaker positions in Zone 1 and two positions in Zone 2.
- Check the ceiling for joists, pipes, electrical wiring and ductwork.
- Run properly rated speaker cable from the amplifier to all six speaker positions.
- Cut the ceiling openings using the supplied speaker templates.
- Connect and secure each speaker using the tool-free locking system.
- Connect the speakers to the correct Zone 1 and Zone 2 outputs.
- Connect the antennas, network and preferred audio source.
- Begin at a low volume and test all six speakers.
Use FT4-rated in-wall speaker cable when required for concealed Canadian installations. Disconnect AC power before connecting speakers or expansion equipment.
