Description
Hide visible TV, speaker, computer and AV cables with the TEXONIC C-CML paintable wall cord cover kit.
The kit provides three cuttable 16-inch cable-cover sections for 48 inches of total coverage. Its wide half-round profile creates a clean surface-mounted cable path without cutting open the wall, while the included elbow and end caps provide a more finished appearance.

Clean Surface Cable Management
The C-CML provides an alternative to leaving wires exposed or opening the wall to create an internal cable route. It covers compatible surface-mounted cables with a smooth half-round channel that can be painted to coordinate with the surrounding wall or ceiling.
This makes it useful for finished rooms, offices, rental-property upgrades, wall-mounted TV installations and areas where concealed in-wall routing is not practical.
Key Features
- Three 16-inch sections provide 48 inches of total coverage
- Wide 4.3-inch listed profile for compatible cable bundles
- Half-round shape provides a softer appearance than square trunking
- Cuttable sections support custom installation lengths
- Paintable white surface can coordinate with room décor
- Included 90° elbow supports one right-angle cable route
- Two end caps provide a cleaner finished appearance
- Adhesive and screw mounting options are included
- Snap-on cover simplifies cable placement and access
- Suitable for compatible wall or ceiling installations
Designed for Short, Wider Cable Routes
Many slim cable raceways are designed for one or two small cables and provide a long total channel length. The TEXONIC kit instead uses three shorter sections with a much wider listed profile.
This configuration is useful for a short drop below a wall-mounted TV, a route between nearby AV components or another compact installation where multiple compatible wires need to follow the same path.
Suitable Cable Applications
| Application | Fit Considerations |
|---|---|
| Wall-Mounted TV | Measure HDMI, power-managed cords and other AV cables before mounting |
| Speaker Wiring | Confirm wire quantity, thickness and required separation |
| Computer Workstation | Check monitor, network, USB and power-cable connector sizes |
| Office or Meeting Room | Plan the route between the display, table and presentation equipment |
| Retail Display | Keep customer-facing wiring organized and protected from casual contact |
| Hotel or Hospitality Room | Create a more finished route for compatible TV and media cables |
Measure the Complete Cable Bundle
- Place all cables together in their intended arrangement
- Measure the widest and deepest part of the bundle
- Include large moulded connectors and adapters
- Allow room for cables to enter and leave the cover smoothly
- Avoid forcing sharp bends into HDMI, network or optical cables
- Confirm the 90° elbow provides enough turning space
- Keep damaged, overheated or unsuitable cords out of the raceway
- Test the cable arrangement before attaching the base to the wall
Adhesive or Screw Installation
| Mounting Method | Planning Considerations |
|---|---|
| Adhesive | Use on a clean, dry, smooth and suitable surface; confirm the final route before pressing it into position |
| Screws | Useful where the surface or installation requires a mechanical attachment; use appropriate wall fastening points |
Cutting and Painting
The three sections can be shortened to suit the installation. Measure the full route, mark each piece carefully and make a clean square cut so adjoining sections and fittings align properly.
The white cover is paintable for a closer match with the wall or ceiling. Clean the surface and use paint suitable for the cable-cover material. Allow the finish to dry fully before assembling or handling the cover.
