4-Horn Warehouse and Outdoor Paging System
Improve staff communication across a warehouse, factory, loading area, parking lot or commercial yard with this complete four-horn paging system.
The package includes a PR240BT 240W mixer amplifier, four TOA SC-630TU weather-resistant horn speakers and one TEXONIC CA241215-T tabletop paging microphone.

Four Paging Areas with Separate Level Control
Connect one horn speaker to each of the first four high-impedance amplifier zones. Each zone has its own front-panel level control, allowing the volume to be adjusted for different areas.
Zone 1: 1 horn speaker
Zone 2: 1 horn speaker
Zone 3: 1 horn speaker
Zone 4: 1 horn speaker
Zones 5 and 6: Available for approved future expansion
All active zones receive the same announcement or selected audio source. The zone controls adjust volume and do not provide different audio sources for each area.
Paging and Background Audio
Place the tabletop microphone at a reception counter, office, dispatch desk, security station or service area for convenient staff announcements.
The amplifier also supports Bluetooth, USB and SD playback, FM radio, telephone paging and compatible external microphone or line-level audio sources.
Required 70V Speaker Connection
Connect the four horn speakers to the amplifier’s 70V high-impedance zone terminals. Set every SC-630TU horn to 30W at 70V.

Total speaker load: 4 × 30W = 120W
Amplifier output: 240W
Available amplifier headroom: 120W
- Disconnect the amplifier from AC power.
- Set each horn speaker to 30W at 70V.
- Connect one horn to each Zone 1–4 output.
- Connect the positive speaker conductor to the 70V zone terminal.
- Connect the negative conductor to the matching COM terminal.
- Maintain the same polarity throughout the complete system.
Important: Use the 70V speaker terminals only. Do not combine the amplifier’s 70V, 100V and low-impedance outputs. Recalculate the complete speaker load before adding or changing speakers.
Speaker Placement
Divide the property into four main paging areas and aim one horn toward each location. Consider walls, shelving, machinery, mounting height, nearby properties and normal facility noise.
- Aim horns toward staff and work areas.
- Avoid aiming horns directly toward each other.
- Avoid reflective walls that may create strong echoes.
- Mount horns above normal vehicle and equipment traffic.
- Use corrosion-resistant mounting hardware outdoors.
- Protect outdoor cable entries and connections from moisture.
- Install the amplifier and microphone indoors.
This package is intended for general commercial paging and staff announcements. It is not automatically a certified fire-alarm, emergency-evacuation or life-safety system.
