Description

Controlled Single-Zone Paging Push-to-Talk • Active LED Indicator • Condenser Gooseneck Microphone

Press, Speak, Release — Simple Controlled Paging

The CA241215-Q is designed for commercial paging stations where the operator should control exactly when the microphone is active.

Press the push-to-talk control to make an announcement, use the red LED as a clear visual indication that the microphone is active, then release the control when the page is complete. This makes it well suited to reception desks, control stations and single-zone PA systems.

Why Push-to-Talk? A push-to-talk microphone is useful when the microphone should only be active during an announcement. This gives the operator more control and helps reduce unwanted open-microphone audio between pages.

Simple 3-Step Paging Operation

1 Press Activate the microphone using the push-to-talk control.
2 Speak The red LED provides visual confirmation while the microphone is active.
3 Release Release the control when the announcement is complete.

Designed for Operator Control

Push-to-Talk Switch Keeps microphone operation under the control of the person making the announcement.
Active Red LED Gives the operator an easy visual indication that the microphone is active.
Condenser Voice Pickup Designed for clear spoken announcements through compatible commercial audio equipment.
Dual Power Options Operates from compatible 48V phantom power or two AAA batteries.
What Does “Single-Zone Paging” Mean? This microphone is best suited to a straightforward paging system where announcements are sent through one selected audio zone or speaker system. The connected amplifier or paging equipment determines how the speakers and zones are configured.
