QX200 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Audio System with 8 In-Ceiling Speakers
Create clear, evenly distributed background music in two areas with this complete TEXONIC ceiling-speaker package. It includes one QX200 dual-zone streaming amplifier and eight CM610 6.5-inch in-ceiling speakers.
Install four speakers in Zone 1 and four speakers in Zone 2. Both zones play the same selected audio source, while separate zone-volume controls let you match the sound level to each area.

Four Speakers in Each Zone
Zone 1
Two matching CM610 speakers connect to the left channel and two matching speakers connect to the right channel, providing wider coverage throughout the first area.
Zone 2
Two matching CM610 speakers connect to the left channel and two matching speakers connect to the right channel, providing the same four-speaker coverage in the second area.
Important: The included speaker arrangement already creates the minimum supported amplifier load. Do not add more speakers directly to the QX200 speaker outputs. Use a compatible external power amplifier when additional speakers are required.
Same Music Source with Separate Zone Volume
One selected music source plays through both zones. Zone 1 and Zone 2 can be adjusted to different volume levels.
- Maintain one consistent playlist throughout the property.
- Use a higher volume in a busy sales or customer area.
- Keep a lower level in an office, treatment room or quiet area.
- Reduce an unused zone without affecting the other area.
- Simplify daily operation by managing only one music source.
Important: This is a shared-source system. The two zones cannot play different songs independently.

The rear AUX input accepts compatible line-level sources such as:

A suitable RCA, 3.5mm, USB-C or device-specific audio adapter may be required.
Expandable with More Speakers or a Powered Subwoofer
The QX200 provides separate Zone 1 and Zone 2 line-level outputs. These outputs can feed compatible external audio equipment while the QX200 remains the main music source and zone controller.
Add an External Power Amplifier
Use an external amplifier when more speaker coverage is required. Connect the appropriate QX200 zone line output to the external amplifier, then connect the additional speakers to that amplifier.
The MC2120 uses balanced Phoenix-style line inputs. A suitable line-level interface cable or adapter is required. Confirm the speaker wiring mode and final load before installation.
Add More CM610 Ceiling Speakers
Matching CM610 speakers can be added when powered by a compatible external amplifier. Do not connect additional speakers directly to the existing QX200 channels.
Add a Powered Subwoofer
A compatible powered subwoofer can connect to a suitable zone line output to add deeper bass. The subwoofer must include its own amplifier and compatible input, volume and crossover controls.
Add an Optional Wi-Fi Streamer
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are already built into the QX200. An external streamer is optional when you prefer another control app, additional streaming services or a permanently connected business music source.
Add FT4 In-Wall Speaker Cable
Measure the complete route from the amplifier to all eight speakers and allow extra cable for routing, service loops and final connections.
Expansion products and installation accessories are not included in the standard package unless selected or purchased separately.
Easy Installation
- Select four speaker positions in Zone 1 and four in Zone 2.
- Check each ceiling location for joists, pipes, wiring and ductwork.
- Run properly rated speaker cable from the amplifier to all eight speaker positions.
- Cut the ceiling openings using the supplied speaker templates.
- Connect and secure each speaker using the tool-free locking system.
- Connect two matching speakers in parallel to each QX200 amplifier channel.
- Connect the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas, network and preferred audio source.
- Begin at a low volume and confirm that all eight speakers operate correctly.
Use FT4-rated in-wall speaker cable when required for concealed Canadian installations. Disconnect AC power before making speaker or expansion connections.
