A standard ceiling speaker normally reproduces only one audio channel. The ICS6DVC accepts both the left and right amplifier channels, allowing one speaker to deliver stereo music in smaller rooms and areas where a two-speaker layout is not practical.

How a Dual Voice Coil Ceiling Speaker Works
The ICS6DVC receives both stereo amplifier channels. The dual voice coil woofer reproduces the left and right low- and mid-frequency information, while the two tweeters reproduce the high-frequency information for both channels.
